Perpetual Development, LLC is dedicated to providing professional development opportunities for sign language interpreters. We currently provide Boot Camps to help prepare interpreters for certification tests. We are developing our own Mentor Center to provide resources for mentors. We are also setting up the Presenter Center to help grow more presenters in the field  of sign language interpreting. We also present workshops on a variety of topics. Hilary Hardin
Hilary Hardin,
M.A, CI/CT, NIC Master - Co-owner
Hilary is currently earning her Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership from the Chicago School of Professional Psychology. Hilary earned her Master's Degree from the University of Minnesota in Deaf Education and Family Education through the Master of Liberal Studies program. She earned her Bachelor's degree from Winona State University with an interdisciplinary degree in Deaf Culture and American Sign Language. Hilary completed her training as an interpreter at St. Paul College, where she is currently an adjunct instructor.
 




Stacey FergusonStacey Ferguson B.A., CI/CT, NIC - Co-owner
Stacey is pursuing a Master's Degree in Psychology with a specialization in Leadership Development and Coaching from Walden University. Stacey received her Bachelor's Degree from Garner-Webb University in North Carolina. She has been a sign language interpreter since 2002 and enjoys working in a variety of settings. Stacey is currently a Project Manager for Allina.





Melissa Barg

Melissa Barg, CI/CT, NAD IV, NIC
Melissa is a 1989 graduate of the St. Paul College ITP. From there she found her passion in Educational Interpreting and has enjoyed her experiences in the school system for the past 22 years. She has presented a variety of educationally related workshops and she has been mentoring pre-certified interpreters  for the past ten years in preparation for testing. She has been a member of the Shareshop Network for the past nine years and  four years ago she added video relay to her resume and enjoys the challenges and versatility that presents. Melissa is the proud  mom of teenage twins and enjoys spending what free time she has watching them play ball.


Ashley Henderson
Ashley Henderson
Ashley graduated from Saint Paul College and since then has been interpreting as a K-12 interpreter and also as a free lance interpreter.  She recently became involved with MRID as the Chair for the Educational Committee.  In her free time Ashley enjoys playing soccer, reading anything by Jodi Picoult and spending time with family and friends.
